VINIFICATION: Cold maceration, fermentation with native yeasts, malolactic fermentation in oak
AGING: 4 months in French oak barrels
Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
TASTING NOTES: Yellow greenish color with golden hints. Aromas of tropical fruits, honey and citrus with vanilla notes. In the mouth, it's fresh, smooth and balanced.
