VINIFICATION: Cold maceration, fermentation with native yeasts, malolactic fermentation in oak
AGING: 4 months in French oak barrels
Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
TASTING NOTES: Yellow greenish color with golden hints. To the nose, tropical fruits, honey and citric aromas. The oak provides complexity with vanilla notes. In the mouth, it's fresh, soft, smooth, silky and balanced.
