VARIETAL: 100% organically grown Malbec from Patagonia

WINEMAKERS: Pablo and Hector Durigutti

VINIFICATION: 8 day cold maceration, fermentation with native yeasts, malolactic fermentation in oak

AGING: 8 months in oak

Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

TASTING NOTES: Concentrated wine, with good structure. Dark red color. Nose of black pepper, spices and ripe blackberries. Velvety in the mouth with persistent tannins, balanced with a hint of acidity.
