WINEMAKING: Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts; no winemaking additives used; all movement done with gravity, no pipes or pumps; very lightly fined or filtered; sulfite levels 40 mg/L
AGING: 6 months in stainless steel vats
TASTING NOTES: Ruby red with purple reflections in the glass. Broad and elegant aromas of red berries. Round with well balanced acidity and a long finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Can be drunk as an aperitif, or is excellent with appetizers, pasta, poultry, red meats and cheese
