FARMING: Demeter certified biodynamic; rows grassed; hand-harvested September 8th 2013
WINEMAKING: Barrel fermented with some light lees stirring; partial secondary malolactic fermentation to preserve acidity and freshness
AGING: 10 months on the lees in French oak barrels (40% new; 40% 1-year-old; 20% neutral)
PRODUCTION: 470 cases
TASTING NOTES: Bright, medium gold color. Fragrant nose of lemon curd, stone fruits, tropical fruits and mineral nuances. Medium bodied and smooth, nicely balanced with fresh acidity. Ripe fruit flavors of apples, white peaches and Meyer lemon. Lingering finish with added notes of creamy lemon.
