VINIFICATION: Certified vegan winemaking; spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts; no fining; aged on the lees until bottling; sulfites ≤30ml/L
TASTING NOTES: Pale onion skin yellow color, with a gentle blush of rosé. Aromas of ripe raspberry and gooseberry. Pleasantly dry, crisp and fresh.
