VINIFICATION: 12-14 hours of maceration in steel tanks. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in concrete tanks. 6 months in contact with the lees, with regular batonage. Naturally stabilized and lightly filtered before bottling. ≤62mg/L
TASTING NOTES: A ruby color with layered aromas of cherry, black pepper and violet. Well balanced and tightly knit on the palate with supple tannins, mineral notes and fresh acidity and a long finish.
