STYLE: Aromatized, fortified wine

VINIFICATION: White wine aromatized with +150 botanicals.

TASTING NOTES: An anise nose, with notes of lemon and bitter almond and a hint of raspberry. A silky mouth with lightly bitter almond flavors and a long, honey finish.

SERVING: Neat, on the rocks or with soda, garnish with a lemon twist or an olive. Also delicious in cocktails.
