VARIETAL: 100% Chardonnay
FARMING PRACTICES: Tradtional methods with marl soils.
VINIFICATION: Fermented in oak barrels then aged in French oak for 12 to 18 months.
TASTING NOTES: A pale gold in color with complex aromas of fresh fruit, white flowers, sweet spices and grilled almonds. Refined palate with an elegant and remarkably fresh body. This Chardonnay has great concentration, distinction and balance. Recommended aging for 5 to 10 years.
FOOD PAIRING: Pair with noble delicate dishes such as foir gras or lobster.
