About Domaine CLAUDE NOUVEAU
The Claude Nouveau family cultivates 13.5 hectares of vineyards. With southwest orientation, the marl limestone soils are ideal for Chardonnay. To encourage biodiversity, the vineyard rows are grassed over. The family works hard to produce wines that are an elegant expression of their region.
This Chardonnay wine is fermented in French oak barrels to find and create its own elegant structure and then aged in French oak for 12 months. The results are beautiful white and red wines with citrus fruits, almonds and mineral aromas. The wines are enjoyable young or after several years of cellaring.
