Grapes were harvested in the cool, early hours of the morning and sorted to ensure that only the best grapes made it into this rosé. The Syrah and Grenache were gently pressed and aged on fine lees.

Gorgeous rose-petal pink color. Crisp and precise, lovely freshness with delicate aromas of citrus and forest fruits. Balanced and elegant on the palate with a pleasant finish.
