TASTING NOTES: Dark fruit profile with good acidity and tannins. Black raspberry and cherry aromas, with notes of wet earth, slate and sweet spice.
PAIRINGS: Duck breast with pomegranate glaze, garlic and herb roasted pork tenderloin, and baked salmon.
