FARMING PRACTICES: Biodynamic (not certified). No chemicals used (pesticides, fertilizers, additives, etc). Bush and trellis. Dry farmed and hand harvested.
WINEMAKING: Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Very minimally fined or filtered. Aged in French and American oak barrels (75/25)
