VINEYARD: Torresalas

WINEMAKER: Óscar Martínez Camiruaga

HARVEST: Night harvest in early September

VINIFICATION: Cold for 48 hours. Malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks.

AGING: Aged on own lees in new French oak barrels for three months. Additional 9 months of aging in concrete tanks. 

TASTING NOTES: Ruby red wine with dark violet hues. Clean aromas of well balanced fruit and spicy notes. Soft, broad mouth with good structure and a long, fruit forward finish. Pairs well with meats, pastas and salads.
