VARIETAL: 100% Verdejo

GROWING CONDITIONS: Continental climate; trellised vines; soil predominantly clay with granitic and shale origins. 

HARVEST: Hand harvested into 40lb. boxes, transported to the winery to begin processing within 2 hours.

VINIFICATION: Controlled fermentation at 57-61º F for 15 days. 

TASTING NOTES: Flavors of stone fruit, almonds and notes of citrus peel. Full bodied and smooth in the mouth with good structure and a long, fresh finish. 

FOOD PAIRINGS: Seafood, salads and cheese.
