VINEYARDS: Los Lagos and Planos Corrales Vineyards; 1,800 ft altitude, around El Villar
FARMING PRACTICES: Biodynamic (not certified). No chemicals used (pesticides, fertilizers, additives, etc). Bush and trellis. Dry farmed and hand harvested.
WINEMAKING: Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Very minimally fined or filtered. Sulfites ≤40 mg/L.
AGING: 6 months in French and American oak barrels (50/50)
