VARIETAL: 100% Pinot Noir

SOIL: Volcanic, well drained

FARMING PRACTICES: Dry farmed. 

VINIFICATION: Fermentation with native yeasts

TASTING NOTES: Bright nose of currants and cherry, which continue on the palate along with spice and earthy smokiness. Smooth tannins and balanced acidity.

PAIRINGS: Mushroom and pancetta pizza, duck or coq au vin.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
