WINEMAKING: Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts; no winemaking additives used; all movement done with gravity, no pipes or pumps; very lightly fined or filtered; sulfite levels 60 mg/L
AGING: 6 months in stainless steel vats; 6 months in bottle
TASTING NOTES: Deep ruby red color with rich, full aromas of fruit and cherry. Elegant and soft in the mouth with balanced structure.
