About PANIS MIALHE
The century old vineyard stretches out over the rural district of Bagnoles in the western part of the Minervois region known as the Clamoux area. The yields are very limited in order to obtain a concentration of aromas. The vines are planted in terraces and slopes rich in limestone at some of the highest altitudes in the appellation. The vines are dry farmed and sustainable practices are used.
Jan Panis’s family has been making wine in Bagnoles for three generations. The wines are 100% Estate made in the family winery. Only native yeasts from the Estate are used and fermentation takes place in concrete tanks.
