VARIETAL: 100% Pinot Noir

FARMING PRACTICES: Traditional methods with limestone soils. 

VINIFICATION: Fermented in French oak barrels and then aged in oak barrels for 14 to 18 months. 

TASTING NOTES: A ruby red in the glass marked by intense aromas of mixed berries such as blue and wild blackberries and floral nuances of violets. An ample body with well-balanced tannins and an elegant long finish. Recommended aging 5 to 10 years. 

FOOD PAIRINGS: Pair with braised veal, lamb or cheeses.
