VARIETAL: 100% Chardonnay
FARMING PRACTICES: Traditional methods with marl soils.
VINIFICATION: Fermented in French oak barrels and aged in oak barrels for 12-14 months.
TASTING NOTES: A pale yellow with aromas of white flowers and notes of peach and honey. On the palate it is an elegant mineral wine with a harmonious balance between acidity and fullness.
