VARIETALS: 35% Grenache, 45% Cinsault, 5% Syrah and 20% Rolle.
VINEYARD: The majority of the fruit for this wine comes from our best parcels around the small village of Tourves, just at the base of Mount Loube. The higher altitude and the cooler climate causes harvesting to be carried out in November, several weeks after most Provençal wine areas have harvested in early September.
GROWING PRACTICES: Organic.
WINEMAKING: Grapes are harvested in the cool, early hours of the morning and sorted to ensure that only the best grapes made it into the rosé.
TASTING NOTES: Gorgeous rose petal pink in color. Crisp and precise, lovely freshness with delicate aromas of red fruits (raspberries, strawberries and pomegranate). Balanced and elegant on the palate with a pleasant finish.
