VINEYARD: "A La Cote", average age of vines 35 years, situated on Southeast facing slopes of clay and limestone.
TASTING NOTES: Light yellow to pale gold color. Bright aromas of stone fruits, honeysuckle and fern with deeper notes of almonds, cinnamon, butter and honey. Flavors of exotic and citrus fruits, with a dry, well-rounded and full-bodied palate. Good minerality and smooth with good balance.
PAIRINGS: Fish, risotto and cheese (goat, blue and Comté are a few good ideas).
