VARIETAL: 100% Chardonnay
VINEYARD: Limestone soils at an altitude of 918 ft on east facing slopes.
FARMING : Traditional methods. Hand harvest.
WINEMAKING: Fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 10 months.
TASTING NOTES: Bright golden yellow with aromas of white flowers and notes of peach and honey. On the palate it is an elegant mineral wine with a harmonious balance between acidity and fullness.
