VARIETAL: 100% Sangiovese

WINEMAKING: The manual harvest is carried out late and the fermentation is conducted at a controlled temperature for at least 18 days. No yeasts or enzymes are added during the process. After a first aging in steel, the product is left to rest in barriques in an environment with controlled temperature and humidity.

TASTING NOTES: Beautiful ruby red. Fresh red fruit aromas on the nose. Elegant and smooth on the palate. Made exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, harvested by hand in the vineyards of Civitella in Val di Chiana and Castiglion Fibocchi.
