VARIETALS: Cinsault 50% Grenache 50%

WINEMAKER: Thibault Crespin

VINEYARD: Our vineyards stretch across a line of hills facing south. The soils have a mix of chalk, clay and limestone.

FARMING: Sustainable, dry farmed.

WINEMAKING: Grapes were harvested in the cool, early hours of the morning and sorted to ensure that only the best grapes made it into this rosé. The Cinsault and Grenache were gently pressed and aged on fine lees.

TASTING NOTES: Gorgeous rose-petal pink color. Crisp and precise, lovely freshness with delicate aromas of forest fruits. Balanced and elegant on the palate with a pleasant finish.
