When filling the courier paperwork for the samples the shipper must select “Bill Duties and Taxes to the shipper”. All samples are required to be Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). The Artisan Collection will not be responsible for any collect duties, taxes, shipping costs or US Customs and brokerage charges associated with samples.
