The Domaine has 12 hectares of vineyards in Verdigny. Terroir plays an important role at the estate, the grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed, fermented at 64F by indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats - all to preserve natural aromas, elegance and complexity. The wine is fermented in a traditional way in small stainless steel tanks and undergoes only a light filtration before bottling. The Cuvee Amandine boasts a refined and pure expression of the classic Sancerre style, crisp, mineral and elegant.dispensing a rich and generous flavour.
