Héléna Berneau has two decades of experience as Winemaker in Sancerre (Domaine Didier Dagueneau, Domaine Lucien Crochet, Cave de Sancerre). Helena is committed to respect the values of excellence, passion and respect for the environment. Cuvee Quantum is made with 3 small selected vineyards that are farmed 100% organically. The wine is fermented in a traditional way in small stainless steel tanks and undergoes only a light filtration before bottling. The resulting Sancerre is crisp, mineral and elegant.
