About DOMAINE MOULIN NOUVEL:

Domaine Moulin Nouvel is located in Peyrac-Minervois, 30 minutes north of the medieval city of Carcassone. The topography make it one of the cooler climate parts of the region, with ideal conditions for slow, even ripening of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The cooling winds and higher elevations south facing hillsides (over 1,000 feet) allow the vineyards to be planted in optimal locations.

Guillaume Andre, third generation family, is farming 100% organically the family estate (21 Has Minnervois AOC and 9 Has Igp). The vines are dry farmed and grassed over. Guillaume also has olive trees and truffle oaks. He participates in an Europe-wide study of biodiversity, encouraging the nesting of native birds, insects and wildlife in the estate.
