VINEYARDS: On the slopes of the hills surrounding the south-east shores of Garda Lake. Glacial and alluvial soils rich in rocks.
FARMING: Sustainable with the minimum possible intervention only. Manual, harvest during the last week of August.
WINEMAKING: Soft pressing and fermentation at a low temperature. Unoaked.
TASTING NOTES: Beautiful pale pink color with aromas of fresh fruits with hints of white flowers. This refined, delicate Rosé is both fresh and delicious. A perfect wine for all occasions.
