FARMING PRACTICES: Biodynamic. No chemicals used (pesticides, fertilizers, additives, etc). Bush and trellis. Dry farmed and hand harvested.

WINEMAKING: Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Very minimally fined or filtered. Sulfites ≤40 mg/L.

AGING: 6 months in French and American oak barrels (50/50)
