FARMING PRACTICES: Organically grown, dry farmed and hand harvested

HARVEST: From September 19 until October 14th

WINEMAKING: Traditionally, in the Terra Alta, whites and reds were made with extended skin contact maceration. We follow the tradition and do a 48 hours skin contact maceration. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks (90%) and in a 300L French Oak barrel (10%) with regular battonage over 3 months. The final blend is 90% of unoaked wine and 10% from the barrel
