WINEMAKING: The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks in French oak barrels. Traditionally, in the Terra Alta, whites and reds were made with extended skin contact maceration. We follow the tradition and do a 24 hours skin contact maceration.
TASTING NOTES: Sophisticated, elegant and fresh, silky in mouth.
