Friuli, Italy

Gianfranco Bianchini looks to make site specific wines that cannot be duplicated in other areas in Felettis di Bicinicco, close to Udine. The unique soils and climate allow the vines to express their potential. The vineyard at Camino al Tagliamento has alluvial and gravelly soils called "magredi,” ideal for white wines. The vines are cultivated with the lowest environmental impact and the winery was awarded 'EcoFriendly' status by Vini Buoni Guide of Italy.
