MEDULAS

NAVARRA

WINEMAKER: Andrés Serrano & Ramón Serrano

VARIETAL: Garnacha Blanca

VINEYARDS:  From the Ribera Alta of Navarra, in the village of Cárcar.

FARMING PRACTICES: Biodynamic. No chemicals used (pesticides, fertilizers, additives, etc). Bush and trellis. Dry farmed and hand harvested. The harvest was carried out at early morning on first week of September to take advantage of a cool temperature.

WINEMAKING: Fermentation using exclusively native yeasts. On third week of September, it was lightly crushed and pressed to pass to tanks and the fermentation was allowed to finish without malolactic fermentation. Very minimally fined or filtered. No sulfites added.

TASTING NOTES: Presents a beautiful orange-golden color, light, that turns with very soft yellow reflections. It is a very aromatic wine with floral notes. On the palate it has fresh aromas with hints of tangerines, citrus, grapefruit, stone fruit, thyme, and white pepper. Very pleasant subtly long finish.
