VINIFICATION: Fruit carefully selected on sorting table; 12 hours maceration; fermentation at controlled temperature of 64-68º
AGING: In barrels
TASTING NOTES: Round and concentrated in the mouth, balanced by fresh citrus flavors and bright minerality. Notes of pear, honey and nuts with a lingering finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Creamy pastas, fish in butter sauce and vegetables.
