VARIETAL: 100% Chardonnay

WINEMAKING: Traditional fermentation with native yeast in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 11 months
PRODUCTION: 540-725 cases/year
TASTING NOTES: Pale yellow color with green reflections. Pure, exceptional mineral aromas of flint and chalk that develop and mellow into floral notes as the wine ages. The mouth is vibrant with continued minerality.
