VARIETAL: 100% Chardonnay

VINEYARD: On a plateau in the village of Courgis with Portlandian soil of weathered limestone; 3/4 of vines are over 30 years old

WINEMAKING: Traditional fermentation with native yeast in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks

TASTING NOTES: Pale yellow color with green reflections. Dry and pure nose with floral aromas. Refreshing, with balanced fruit and minerality.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Excellent as an aperitif, or enjoyed with appetizers, cured meats and seafood.
