WINEMAKING: Traditional fermentation with native yeast in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks
AGING: 8-10 months in stainless steel
TASTING NOTES: Pale yellow color with green reflections. Dry and pure nose with aromas of citrus. The mouth is fresh and elegant.
