FARMING PRACTICES: Organically and dry farmed. No chemicals used (pesticides, fertilizers, additives, etc). Hand harvested 4th week of October.
VINIFICATION: Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Minimally fined or filtered. Sulfites ≤62mg/L.
TASTING NOTES: Cherry red color with violet hues. Clean and bright aromas of red fruits, with floral and spice notes. Bold, well structured and balanced in the mouth with ripe fruit flavors. Fine tannins and a long finish.
