VINEYARD: Limestone and clay-limestone soils. 30 year vines. In organic conversion.
VINIFICATION: Slow and natural fermentation in stainless steel vats. Maturing on the fine lees for about 10 months.
TASTING NOTES: Yellow gold color. Bouquet of yellow fruits and hazelnut. Fresh, smooth flavors with good minerality and a clean finish.
PAIRINGS: Excellent as an aperitif or with seafood, salads and goat cheese.
