Our winery is located right in the centre of the village of Chardonnay, next to the village’s thousand year church. Our estate covers 10 hectares, the majority of which are around the village of Chardonnay.
We have been making wine for 30 years. Our winemaking philosophy is based on: rigor, the cult of slowness, and continuous improvement .
To achieve this it is crucial to work in accordance with the rhythm of nature. In this balancing act, we are assisted by our winemaker Christian Vessaz, who masters the art of slowness and age-old traditional practices. The wines are vinified there in steel vats, oak barrels and concrete eggs.
The conversion to organic farming since 2019 reflects our commitment to quality.
