VARIETAL: 100% Chardonnay

WINEMAKER: Maxime Dutron

VINEYARDS: 70% of vines 80+ years old, 30% 15+ years old. Clay and limestone with Jurassic sub soils.

VINIFICATION: Slow and natural fermentation in stainless steel vats. Maturation on fine lees for about 6 months. 

TASTING NOTES: Yellow gold color. Bouquet of citrus and honeysuckle. Fresh, smooth flavors with good minerality and a clean finish.

PAIRINGS: Excellent as an aperitif or with seafood, salads and goat cheese.
