VINEYARD: At Solutré-Pouilly. Average age of vines 60 years, situated on Southeast facing slopes rich limestone.
WINEMAKING: Barrel fermented with the native yeasts. To enhance the aromatic richness of this exceptional terroir, this wine is aged on fine lees for 11 months in oak barrels and 6 months in stainless steel vats.
TASTING NOTES: Pale golden yellow. Elegant in the nose with notes of white fruits underlined by toasted almonds and a beautiful minerality . Fresh, complex and elegant .
