Opal Dry Gin is a unique artisanal gin made in Tarragona, just south of Barcelona. For several generations Jordi Montserrat’s family has been distilling spirits along the beautiful Mediterranean Coast of Spain. Craftmanship is deeply rooted in the proud traditions of the region.
100% of the botanicals are sourced from families with whom we have been working for generations Mediterranean, including: Juniper, Coriander, Orange Blossom, Lemon, Orange, Grapefruit, Cardamom and Angelica.
Opal Gin is unique expression of what a Premium Small Batch Mediterranean Gin is meant to be, with citrus, spice and floral hints from the Mediterranean botanicals. The Mediterranean botanicals presence is noticeable but subtle, with their character and elegance enhancing the Gin's elegant smoothness and complexity.
