AREA OF ORIGIN: Limited to the hill towns near Jesi.

PRODUCTION: It comes from a unique selection of vines that are late harvested, some of them with noble rot. The juice is obtained by soft pressing from only the initial very low pressure crush. Part of the wine is aged in barrique barrels

COLOR:Straw yellow that turn golden with age.

TASTING NOTES: Delicate, fresh and persistent fragrance of fruit and flowers. Balanced, persistent taste.
