VINEYARD: Near the villages of Emeringes and Vauxrenard; old vines, 50-80 years; sandy granite soil on steep slope; southern exposure

FARMING PRACTICES: Organic. Cultivated entirely by hand, due to steep slopes; vines bush-trained in goblet form; hand-harvested

WINEMAKING: 10 day, whole grape carbonic maceration

AGING: 4 months in vats

TASTING NOTES:  Beautiful purple color in the glass, with aromas of fresh red berries, versatile with soft tannins.
