VARIETAL: 100% organically grown Bonarda, Syrah, Sangiovese, Cardinale, Beiquinol, Barnera, Buonamico.

VINEYARD: Rivadavia, Mendoza. Stony loam soils

VINES: Planted in 1940 in Pergola.

WINEMAKERS: Pablo and Hector Durigutti

WINEMAKING: 3 day cold maceration, fermentation with native yeasts in concrete eggs during 20 days. All varietals are c0-fermented and from the same vineyard.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

TASTING NOTES: Intense red color with aromas of red fruits such as raspberries with hints of mountain herbs. Smooth elegant tannins with a pleasant finish.

Only 300 cases made.
