VINIFICATION: 3 day cold maceration, fermentation with native yeasts in concrete eggs
Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
TASTING NOTES: Red wine with aromas of red fruits such as raspberries, roses and dried herbs. In the mouth it combines generous and fruity tannins with a rich acidity.
Only 250 cases made.
