TASTING NOTES: Intense mahogany color. Strong, well-balanced nose of green apple, hay and incense. Smooth palate with good balance of delicate sweetness with fresh, dry notes. Serve very lightly chilled, around 66 degrees Fahrenheit.
PAIRINGS: Excellent alone or with dishes that include figs, dates, soy sauce or curry. Also pairs well with smoked fish, red meats and stews.
