VINIFICATION: Certified vegan winemaking; spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts on the skin; no fining; sulfites ≤30ml/L
AGING: 6 months in barriques
TASTING NOTES: Dark red color. Aromas of ripe forest berries and morello cherries with lightly toasted notes. Smooth in the mouth with ripe fruit and finely structured tannins.
